Charles D. "Chuck" Blackston Jr., age 66, of Circleville, passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at Doctors West Hospital in Columbus. He was born on October 10, 1959, in Circleville, to Charles and Darlene Sue (Cordle) Blackston. Chuck enjoyed hunting for Morel Mushrooms and deer hunting. He loved watching movies...especially action movies, horror movies, and Westerns. Chuck's family will miss his sense of humor, which was a constant presence in the family.

He is survived by his daughter, Angelia Blackston, and his son, Charles Blackston III, both of Lancaster; sisters, Brenda Dietrich, of Lima, and Amanda Frantz, of Ada; brothers, Dave Blackston, Chris Blackston, and Collin Blackston, all of Lima; special niece and caregiver, Christy (David) Rose, of Circleville. He is preceded in death by his parents.

At his request, no formal services will be observed. Arrangements and cremation are in the care of Theller Funeral & Cremation Service, Lancaster.
